Refund policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy applies to paid Glide products — the downloadable PDF notes bundles. Reading the notes on the site is free and involves no payment.

What you are buying

A PDF bundle is a one-time purchase of a digital file: every published topic for a subject, compiled into a single print-ready PDF. It is delivered immediately after payment, as a download on the confirmation page and a link in your receipt. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

How refunds work

Your bundle unlocks the moment payment goes through, so we treat a purchase as complete once you have downloaded the file — at that point you have the product, the same as with any instant digital download.

If you have not downloaded it yet and change your mind, email us and we will refund you in full. You have not received the product, so this is usually straightforward.

If you have already downloaded it, get in touch and we will review your request. We are not looking to make this difficult, but we cannot refund a purchase simply because the file was opened and kept — see the exception below for faulty files, which we always refund.

We may decline repeat requests from the same person where the pattern suggests this is being used to obtain the notes for free.

Faulty or misdescribed files

If a file will not download, will not open, is corrupted, or is materially not what the product page described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full. This applies whether or not you have already downloaded it, and there is no time limit.

How to request a refund

Email contact@glidenotes.org with the transaction reference (the code beginning txn_ shown on your confirmation page and in your receipt email), and the email address used for the purchase.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for Glide. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also raise a billing query directly with Paddle from the link in your receipt.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above. The policy in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
